Unfortunately had to change from tourer to tent. Unfortunately only because you cannot level a tent. Views to die for,shower block good, owners more than accomodating. Definitely need a 4x4 if towing a tourer as after rain the grass can be challenging,but if you don't have 4x4 ask site owner to tow your tourer on/off as he has the vehicle to do so. Definitely visit again.

Fantastic little site. Warm welcome and has everything you need. We paid for an electric hookup but you can pay slightly less for a pitch without. Showers lovely and hot. There was a fridge I assume you could use but we didn't. Outside washing up sink with dish soap provided. Short walk to their parents farm where you can buy frozen meat from a vending machine! Can highly recommend the pork and leek sausages! Walked around Lealholm. Lovely garden centre.

Fabulous weekend camping here, facilities are great very well kept and immaculate. The views are the best we've seen. We enjoyed seeing the animals and wildlife no matter where you looked there was always something different to watch. Don't let the sloping field put you off it really is only slight and we had no issues at all. Owners are very accommodating and friendly. Overall beautiful,clean and friendly little site We will definitely be back.
