        Danby has a new bench. The Dalesmen Singers of Danby are very grateful for refurbished Commemorative bench opposite the Chapel in Danby. The original bench was placed there in 1996 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Male Voice Choir. After the passage of another 25 years the bench was looking a bit tired. Robert Harrison and Sons kindly offer to replace the wood and repaint the supports. The reinstalled bench not only looks good but is also very comfortable to sit on! You've done us proud!
