        Dealt over several calls, from ordering to manufacture, with Emma and Andy and then with another Andy for delivery. They have, apparently, four Andys which, when you're 83 is incredibly, well, 'andy... Emma was a treasure: amicable, clear, business-like and accommodating this order around mixed weather and availability at my end of labouring help. Remembered broad details of my earlier order on second call, quickly pulled it up and then arranged prompt delivery along with helpful link-up instructions to direct delivery. Indoor Andy, friendly and communicative, kept me posted twice on building of the four fencing panels and delivery expectations. Outdoor Andy - good humoured, thoughtful and practical - arrived promptly and made light of unloading and safety in unpleasant wind conditions (that's a reference only to the weather...). What's not to like with this local, family first-class customer-oriented firm. Absolutely full marks! Well done Richard Wells, Upottery Service: Fence design
