I am waiting for my order for the last 3 weeks . I should have checked the Google reviews before placing my order . My experience has been the same as the last 2 reviewers . They are ignoring my emails and I have now contacted my credit card company to try and arrange a refund . Stay away from them . They take your money and then ignore you .

Hello Kaapi Company.... Just three days ago, I got my parcel. I placed order on october. Since then, very poor communication from your part. Whatever, ignore all. When I recieved my parcel, THE TAMPER inside percolator was missing. How I gonna use that without tamper???? Why you can't make sure all things are in while packing an order. Could you please let me know, is there any way to get that tamper?? I have no hope that you people gonna read this. Am sorry to say this. Just imagine the mental state of the one who purchased and blindly trust you...

These guys are absolutely fraud. I ordered a Heirloom Kaapi Set on 10th Nov22 and didn't hear from them afterwards. I chased for a response but no communication yet. I filed a dispute with my card company and got a refund. Stay away from them for your mental peace.

Ordered 10days back ,still dnt receive the order , no contact number but emailed couple of time ,no response at all. Probably they closed the company?

Absolutely Poor quality product. We ordered 2 sets and one was broken on delivery and we were sent a replacement. The second one also broke now and they are not willing to replace it saying its outside the 15 days window. Poor quality for the price. The finish is also not good generally. Avoid!!
