I have attended services in the past month at both the East and West Chapels. On the good side they are beautiful and perform their functions well. My only criticism is that for a large proportion of attendees who like myself have hearing issues even though we are using hearing aids we have not a clue what is going on as the acoustics are terrible. Yes, there are sound systems which do enthusiastically boom out Jerusalem or the Dambusters March very stirring it was but the microphones for the speakers were either not turned on or not tested and adjusted. May I politely suggest that at the start of each morning and afternoon a member of your team be trained to do a proper sound check making sure the volume and tone settings for the microphones are set to clearly marked levels that have been set up for hearingly challenged members of the congregation. There should also be coaching briefings for any participants as where to stand and position themselves relative to the microphones. A marker on the floor should suffice with a clear infographic to bring the microphone to within so many inches of the mouth. PGH Milbank.

For anyone without private transport. No bus stop near by, too far for elderly etc to walk to via rear entrance of the crem. Used to be accesible not any longer since bus stop removed from front entrance SO be prepared to pay hefty return taxi fare. How can this be allowed to happen on city run site, No stars for this reason poor public service but you can't post 0 stars
