Where is my redelivery? I wait all day from 9 to 1 :30 pm tryed to track the parcel and It is not given i formation what is more you do open the office but from 8 to 10 so no body to ask anything!

I have been waiting 3 weeks for 3 letters that I know have been posted I decided to go the the sorting office after being told on your website you are open on Saturday morning 8 - 12 only to find you close at 10 Suggest you update your website to save people like me a wasted journey Update now another 2 weeks on Still none of the important items have been delivered One item had been reordered watch this space
