Felt compelled to write a good review after reading the last one which was negative. Our experience was a really good one! Our pup has not been easy to groom with other groomers, but Andrea totally put him at ease and did an amazing job. He clearly loves her and we will be coming back! Thank you

I took my 6 month old Cocker Spaniel to see Andrea for his first ever groom. He had the most beautiful long curly coat which needed a summer cut. I went to see Andrea as she had been recommended by several people in the park. I was stunned when I got him back, the cut is horrendous, huge chunks missing, different layers, visible tram lines all over his body as shown in the photos. Whilst Andrea apologised and offered a refund, it cannot change what has happened. I now have to wait until it can grow enough to try and rectify. I am so upset and angry.

Amazing service. So much love and attention, our puppy walked straight in, which she never normally does for grooming, but Andrea was obviously giving off good vibes! Had none of the stress worrying if she was having a good time as I normally would. Highly recommended.
