AJ is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. After working with her, I started to see results extremely quickly, the like I hadnt experienced in years. She helped me get out of a rut, without fad diets or false promises. The LIFE-CHANGING POWER OF MEAL PREP WORKSHOP!! As a busy mumpreneur, I've been really struggling with cooking healthy, various dinners for my family. Every evening seemed like a torture, I felt torn between spending time with my son and husband, and having to cook dinner; eventually I lost my love for cooking and it's become a joyless chore. When I met AJ for our consultation meeting I was impressed with her caring yet systematic approach, she made sure to understand my family preferences and tailor our adult meals so that my 1year old would enjoy them too. On the day I was in AWE with how many meals can be cooked within just 4 hours! DINNERS for the WHOLE MONTH ahead were all sorted. I couldn't believe it! AJ helped, chopped, stirred and educated me how to cook, store, reheat and serve the meals. I've FELT LIKE A SUPER MUM every every day this month, I stopped feeling overwhelmed in the evenings, and it felt so amazing to be able to just spend time with my boys, knowing that I have a precooked dinner in my fridge already. It felt like magic! This workshop is ideal for busy mumpreneurs who want to get daily cooking out of the way without sabotaging the nutritional element. Highly recommend!

AJ is by far and away the best personal trainer I've ever had (I'm now 40 and had about 4 before). Unlike the PTs you get in gyms AJ is great value, and employs a personal, highly tailored, and passionate approach to achieving her clients' goals. The result is I am fitter than I have been in 15 years, heading towards target weight, and more knowledgeable about my diet, fitness requirements, and crucially my mental attitude towards my health (and what motivates me). Highly recommended.
