Love Trainings Point so many different options and classes so it is easy to fit them in my busy schedule. All teachers are lovely.

A really bright and welcoming space that Ive got so much value out of during my pregnancy and after baby. Really friendly vibe and small and specialised classes, ended up making friends there too at the pregnancy class, friends that Ive kept now we have all had our babies. Thank you guys!

Lovely studio that is clean, a judgement free zone, and the staff are great. Have tried 3 different workout classes and they all have been worth it. Some classes are even live stream which is great when you can't make it to the studio and still want to get a good workout. Highly recommend!

Miha is a very experienced acupuncturist with good technique. Ive had acupuncture before and felt very comfortable with him and he takes a very holistic view with his treatment plan. He has such a calming effect as well. The venue is my favourite, just walking down the hill to Training Points puts me in a good frame of mind.
