Robin and his team have always been so helpful, friendly and very kind too! Yes they are expensive but you get what you pay for! Thorough eye test, eye health is very important and they have all the equipment and knowledge to make sure you don't have anything bad going on, I've even been referred to the hospital by them when I had a potentially serious issue with one of my eyes. Excellent help with advice when choosing frames that eill fit andabe adjusted correctly and that last a very long time. Been going here for years and now take my daughter here too. I just want to say thanks to them for being so good!!

I am really terrified about how the optician behaved to my 9 years old child. When my daughter couldnt read the letters correctly, the optician asked her to be honest in a very rude way. The reality was she really couldnt read (the reason why we went there) but instead of understanding why she cant read, she was behaving very rudely and pushy to a child. I believe this is really unacceptable. After the examination, my daughter could still not read the letters properly and she said it is the best she can read. I have to say this is worst ever optician experience I have seen in my life. So I dont recommend if you have a small child.
