H & T Star Nails

I had booked an appointment for a full set of acrylics and pedicure when I arrived it was busy but I was asked to wait a little and was seated for my nails shortly after. Once sat down I chose my colour and I noticed 2 customers walked in after me the female nail technician started on my nails by sticking false nails on then continued with another customer so I was sat down waiting again. While waiting a lady that arrived after me was sat down and they started on her pedicure. The female nail technician finished with the lady next to me and instead of finishing my nails she called the 2nd lady that arrived after me and asked if it was ok do a full set gel manicure. I was shocked and had already been sitting waiting for 35 minutes with nails partially compete. I had to ask for the incomplete nails to be removed and left with no acrylics and no pedicure after being sat down for 1 hour. Their reason for being left waiting was because the other customer made an appointment but so did I! Its not my fault the nail shop over booked. Shocking service.
