No Problem Web Design

I have been a client since the company started - more than 20 years. They have installed two generations of computers plus various modifications to upgrade. They have advised and coached me through various IT issues, and will continue to for the future. During all of this time I have not sought to find another IT relationship. Says it all.

Having been scammed and left very nervous about using my computer I made contact with NPIT. I delivered my computer and was given attention by one employee who took a considerable amount of time to do a major clean up. He came to my home on completion and set it up and linked printer to it. The service provided was courteous and professional and I am very satisfied with the outcome.

As a free-lance photographer, all my work is done solo, and I have to deal with all the problems that arise on my own. But, I feel like the people at NPIT are friends on the end of the phone line for me. They're always there to talk me through whatever IT issue I'm facing, or to jump on to my system remotely and sort things out as time-efficiently as possible. They are unfailingly polite and friendly, and very patient with my lack of IT knowledge and skills.
