Ive received the worst service from this agency. Ive contacted them to book a viewing for a property I was very interested in. I was assisted by Scott over the phone which managed to get me a viewing after a questionnaire I had to go through. After going through all the questions he finally booked a viewing for the following day. Normally when you book a viewing every agency will send you an email of confirmation with details and specific address of the property. Ive never received the email. I called them back once and I asked Scott to repeat my email address in case he had the right one, his answer was I already know the email, I will send it when I can. I had to call them again to remind them to please send me a email with the address of the property. Scott failed to send me the email despite all my attempts of communication. I would never recommend this agency as they have really poor customer service and lack of etiquettes.

Had a lovely easy sale with Pedder Crystal Palace. Carolina did such a brilliant job of keeping everything moving/ chasing up slow moving parts of the process that i was able to almost forget I was selling my flat! Would 100% use again in the future.
