Fantastic shop for the whole family! Wondering whether to get a new scooter for my son or one for myself

Well what can I say. I ordered a vtech kidi concert for my youngest Christmas from another company but the German version was sent so sent it back and got refund. Unfortunately couldn't get English version u til I came across bopster website, ordered one its was here within days, cheaper than what I paid for it from previous company. Unfortunately it stopped working after 2 uses but that wasn't a issue for this fantastic company with a hour had response about the fault device then got a email saying a brand new one is on its way and I don't need to send faulty one back. Top class customer service especially during difficult times for company's. Highly recommended and will definitely buy again from the. 10 out of 10 all round

We recently lost our charger for our son's red monster truck and contacted Bopster for a replacement. Lydia handled our enquiry and was so helpful honest and professional I simply had to leave this review. We were delighted with the after sales service and would highly recommend Bopster to anybody shopping for remote control vehicles. TOP CLASS,FRIENDLY AND HONEST COMPANY.
