Alchemy Horticulture

Walking around my fairly large London garden with Jason, I was really impressed by his plant knowledge and in-tune-with-nature-approach to gardening. Now that he has actually worked in my garden I am even more impressed. He's happy to do any job - from heavy digging to thoughtful pruning and careful staking. He has great vision and has helped me transform areas of the garden so they are not only under control but feel unified and look so much more beautiful. He's happy for us to work together and gentle and generous in sharing his knowledge, so I feel I am learning loads, from how to prune the wisteria so it will flower prolifically to preserving roots with nitrogen stores that will support plant growth. He doesn't expect me to throw money at the garden to get results but is helping me develop a long-term care and maintenance plan so the garden can evolve naturally. Jason has taken the heavy lift out of looking after the garden it's a pleasure to be in his company and an investment that makes for a happy haven and a happy me. Highly recommended. It was an absolute pleasure to have Jason come and work on our front garden. He listened well to what I wanted, and came up with some great ideas. He is kind and thoughtful and has an encyclopaedic knowledge which he is generous in sharing . He was happy for me to work alongside him , which was extremely helpful, as I am a novice. He has a deep understanding of all aspects of the garden, soil, plants, trees, wildlife and the interplay with the seasons . He is a passionate observer of nature. I absolutely recommend Jason and look forward to seeng him again as we work out a planting scheme for our back garden.

I have had the amazing pleasure of creating two gardens from scratch with Jason on Marmora road back and front, a beautiful scheme that was unimaginable without his help, an honest and intelligent approach to planting and ensuring that funds were used smartlyand plants were chosen for impact and presentation, both projects were very ambitious but also very Beautiful, he was so dedicated to the entire concept pruning and maintaining the Buxus and then saving it when box-blight arrived. Jason has many images he can share with you. He was a pleasure to work with Honest and Trustworthy often left with the keys to the house and the animals in the garden. I am now living in the Cotswolds and have a much larger garden which he also tends, trims the topiary expertly, as well as well as maintaining all climbers around the house, assisting me in creating and exceptional vegetable patch that has fed us all summer. If I could hire Jason full-time in a heartbeat I would, his approach and and attention to detail is to be applauded, an absolute pleasure to work with.
