Absolutely appalling service. Rude people. Printer never seems to work and they dont care. Why offer a service if youre going to be rude about it and not get it fixed?!?

The old man with the grey hair and beard that works in there is absolutely horrid. He is so abrupt so unhelpful and so rude. I hate going in there when hes working all the other members of staff are so pleasant and he lets it down. I think its time to retire, he clearly hates his job.
