I have been with cps recruitment at Freshpak for 10 months. I find cps recruitment staff very friendly and helpful. I have had no problems getting work till the last 2 weeks when my shifts have been cancelled.,I have asked for feedback and not received it, this is the only thing preventing 5 stars. Hopefully work has picked up now and this has been rectified.

Extremely unprofessional experience. I called then via phone and was asked to send my CV across via email. It took 14 days to receive a response, stating that they do not deal with warehousing work, which indicated they had not bothered to read the entirety of my email. I suspect they had seen "warehouse" mentioned in the second paragraph and disregarded the rest of the email, which even specified in the very first line which kind of work I was looking for. I responded on the 10th July stating that it was not warehousing work I was interested in, noting that my CV is almost exclusively office based work. 9 days and counting, still no response. I don't like to post reviews, let alone negative reviews, however, I've found this company extremely frustrating to deal with and they are not worthy of the 5 star rating as listed on Google.
