        Lucys classes are fantastic and light hearted making yoga accessible for everyone! Theres a wonderful atmosphere in class and everything is broken down so its easy to follow along. Highly recommend!

        Lucy is firstly a wonderful yoga teacher but more importantly a beautiful human being. I practiced yoga for a long time over quite a few years but fell out of love with it. Lucy has made me fall back in love with it again. It is a really warm and friendly class on Thursday mornings so give it a go.

        Lucy makes yoga fun and very enjoyable . The class is a range of ages and ability which is great as Lucy will adapt the exercises for everyone

        I have dabbled with yoga over the years on and off and struggled to maintain a regular practice. Not so with Lucy, she is really encouraging and really thinks about her classes and the content. I find them challenging and never get bored and have seen a difference in my core. She is also so funny and makes what I have previously found to be intimidating to be accessible and often fascinating. The classes have a lovely flow and she explains what I am doing and the benefits to be gained. I am a huge fan of Lucy and Yoga at Play!
