        Bought some Calibre Tracklites off of them last year and Kwik Fit made a butchery of their provided wheel nuts and refused to take the blame. apparently their equipment doesn't allow them to over torque wheel nuts... Contacted WheelWright to request proof of quality as KwikFit blamed them for low quality hardware and they did me one better and replaced them free of charge Will definitely be using them again in the future with customer service like this.

        I misplaced my vanslam adjuster spanner. Contacted and spoke to Ollie who posted one out free of charge. Spanner arrived the next day. Fantastic customer service

        Superb customer service and products were spot on. They gave me really helpful advice, then passed me to a local garage who supplied me with the road hero spare wheels. We have now kitted out our fleet of delivery vehicles with road hero and all of our staff cars. Excellent product, totally what we needed and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend to anybody.
