I was disappointed with a previous purchase. I ordered a canvass picture to be made to send to family but once they made my picture and it was ready for me to collect I found out that the photo wasn't a good fit so I was left with a big white brder. It really doesn't look right. An email to tell me this would have been appreciated so I could send over a more suitable photo to be used.
