We asked him for help with a 15 year old dog who was having a seizure and he told us he would not help and to let the dog pass as he was too busy we are literally a few shops up from him absolutely disgusting behaviour would never recommend him and will be taking it higher with the Royal veterinary college!!!

Older dog found by deanwood school. 1. No we wont help not enough staff 2. No we wont chip check take him to pdsa Phone my own vet at wigmore 1. Well done bring him straight in we will chip check and if he is chipped will keep him till the owners come. Yeah dont used Ralph chambers not intetested in animal welfare If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Shall not be visiting again. Very slap-dash and unfriendly experience. Didnt seem to have any care towards my pet at all, was all very rushed and unpleasant experience. Appreciate having an injection is never going to be easy to give when my dog is nervous however someone working in this field in my opinion should have some form of understanding / compassion and patience - none were shown. Will never going back here again, avoid
