Dorset Vehicle Rentals

Great to have this local vehicle rental firm here in North Dorset. I've used Dorset Vehicle Rentals at Gillingham a few times for business and they have always been very helpful. The vehicles that I have rented have been been clean, comfortable and reliable with low mileage.

The booking, collection, and drop-off experiences, and the vehicle itself were all good, as was the price. He only minor irritation was that on collecting the vehicle the office required a 'local address' and 'landline phone number' to enter into the computer. I wasn't local and I don't have a landline, so I was told that I couldn't complete the booking. In the end, I just invented an entirely fictitious address and landline number (just someone plucked from by address book) and it seemed to do the trick. But it's a pointless bit of irritating bureaucracy.

When they have the van type I need available it's very very good. Appreciate being called by Matt to be offered an alternative one. That's proactive. Good staff at Gill. Thanks
