I had been looking for a Fiat 500 for my wife for some time and came across one that Paul had for sale. We had several conversations over the phone regarding the vehicle. His phone manner and knowledge of the vehicle made me feel confident that I could trust him . I requested a cambelt replacement which he was happy to complete and a new MOT. Paul took this a step further by having the advisories from the MOT addressed too. I had to travel for some distance for the vehicle, Paul picked me up from the station. Upon seeing the car for the first time I was very pleased. It was correctly advertised and competitively priced. His idea to change the colour of the alloy wheels really set the car off. My wife was so happy with the car. Unfortunately we did have a couple of issues. However Paul was at the end of the phone every step on the way. He had the car back and booked it in with his excellent auto electrician. Now the car drives like a dream. My wife face when she got it back was the same as when I surprised her with it. Its so refreshing to find someone you can trust. I cannot recommend Paul enough, I would look to buy or ask Paul to source another vehicle for me in the future.
