After sawing an advert on YouTube about JCB group I was tempting to get a new car from them. But after reading the reviews and bad opinions about the service I think I will pass JCB need to get some more work toward the costumers if they want more people to get there service.

Do not do sales with Alex Goodger. Rushed my sale through with so many open promises of getting things sorted on the car. When noticing issues after having the car for only a week and telling him he then said it wasnt part of the warranty. Went to his boss about the issues raised with the whole service at this site and nothing was done, not even a response. Disappointing to say the lease. Will definitely not be going back or recommending to others to go there.

Shocking service. One of their highly skilled technicians has cross threaded my near side rear wheel bolt and kept it quiet, didnt tell me when i picked the car up, they thought theyd leave it until the wheel needed to come off again! Denying all knowledge and denying taking the wheels off (even though i specifically asked for a brake report on last service) they deny causing the damage even though they were the last people to touch the rear wheels. They made no attempt to resolve the matter, simply just kept denying it and being simply rude. Will never be going back again, after purchasing cars through them and having them service my cars several times, i will never be using them again and i will be passing my experience onto everyone i know that uses them too.
