        I prebooked this taxi months in advance of attending a wedding as it appeared a professional service with its 5 star ratings. However 40mins before pick up I was called by the driver who put on an exaggerated cough and said he was off to the doctors to see if it was covid. He obviously got offered a more profitable job because otherwise why did he leave it so late to cancel. Very disappointing service !! Future bookers beware..
