Jon transported my dad and mum to my house for an afternoon tea. The first outing for my dad since spring 2019. Jon was very friendly and handled the wheelchair and dad with care.
He returned on time to take them home. Jon is very pleasant and professional so he ticks all the boxes this time. Thank you Jon

I so wanted to be positive about this company but I am so disappointed.with the lack of communication. I tried to arrange a wheelchair taxi for my dad for a short journey for Mothering Sunday. This was to be the first outing for him outside dialysis days since August last year. I rang Jon on two occasions and he promised to ring back but never did. Everything about this taxi firm looks so professional and Jon was very pleasant on the phone so I wish I could write a more positive review.
