He was very thorough in his work and we were really pleased with how quickly we revived the report and how clear the report was to read. We instructed Peter at New Build Snag after buying our new build home in Surrey in December 2021. Peter was professional, helpful, and extremely personable. We organised an appointment at quite short notice, but Peter didn't hesitate to confirm and attended as agreed. He provided a thorough report which contained great detail, along with a range of photographs to support. Peter pinpointed issues that we would have been non-the-wiser to, and also explained standards, tolerances and expectations to us. Peter was a pleasure to deal with and provided an excellent service - I would not hesitate to recommend New Build Snag to friends and family!

Great service! Peter come did a very detailed report. He was polite and respectful. He also follow up with me adding issues I was worried about it. The report come back very quick and at time to send the development.

Peter did a fantastic job at spotting many snags that I didnt see and places I didnt even think to look. Found a huge issue with our fire door which was non-compliant which has now been resolved. I would of never had thought to even assess that. Thank you for your hard work and putting together a very clear and concise spreadsheet.
