After our 3 year old alarm system repeatedly failed that was installed as a very expensive option in comparison, by a large national house builder, for which they were not interested in assisting whatsoever, we bit the bullet and decided to replace rather than throw any more money at it. I had used Master Alarms many years ago and couldnt fault them then, and certainly wasnt disappointed this time either. From the initial call to the installation day, everything went very smoothly and efficient. From the initial call with our enquiry right through to the installation team, everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Master Alarms are thankfully still a family run business with many years of experience. The disruption was minimal and the installation team couldnt have been more professional if they tried. Dust sheets put down and any dust cleared up. Thank you - highly recommended!

Always helpful, solved my issues quickly. They have been there for me for over 25 years on the alarm so not just fit and forget. Important for the long term and prices were competitive on their CCTV installation so went with them. Did an excellent job and good support with minor app issues sorted successfully - recommended
