An absolutely joke . Referencing take 2 and a half months , lost me my first house. Promised me she'd find another . 1 and half years later nothing . No deposit back , steals your money . Even no from purple properties claims she's a shark . Avoid at all costs and don t be used like I was. Disgusting company. Tales uou for a ride .

Personally, I wouldnt again. I was a tenant there for 18 months (Oct 2017 April 2019). Things were fine. Until, I was leaving. Alison purposefully left the deposit date return to the last day so I couldnt really agree on the return of the fees. They took a big chunk of this out. This was / is a way to take as much money from the tenant as possible right up to the last day. This ended to going to appeal. I understood from that moment how the process really works. I have said many times before, you never know who you will come across. I consistently paid 6 months upfront; no excuses. Well, I have since became a landlord and I treat my tenants how I would like to be treated. In addition, as I have become a landlord, who do you think I will want to manage my properties for me? Certainly not Arc! And you wanna tell me to post a kind review on your site because you have had "bad reviews recently". Yeah right! Oh, cue the response from Arc we have never heard from you or we tried to or "new management takeover, she doesn't work here" etc, etc

Landlord beware of this Arc Estate agent!!! Alison gave my property (995 per month) to a tenant aiming for council house. She fraudlantly signed the agreement and get tenant in, so that she can quickly get paid. No reference was done because she was unable to show me any evidence of that. I later find out that the tenant was earning 7.50 per hour at the time (June 2018) part time definitely the lady can't afford the rent. 2 months the tenant moved in we started having problems with payment of yoyo. This month payment next month no payment. I finally got the tenant out February 2020. It was very very difficult getting the tenant out and left me 16,000 worth of depth this includes 9 months rent arrears, court fees and significant damages to property. I nearly lots the property. This woman made me cry because this is my hard earn money I put together to buy this property and my experience was very bad. I have learn my lesson to always use well known agent at all time. I am happy that this agent is under investigation.
