Excellent service from the staff at this friendly & professional facility in Gillingham. A 3yr 'surveillance' gastroscopy. It was mutually arranged for a Friday morning. Postponed upon arrival due to a misunderstanding about taken medication. I was dutifully phoned later in the day and rescheduled for the next working day. All extremely polite & friendly. A very high level of service & professionalism & empathy was demonstrated throughout. Highly commended & recommended!

Fantastic. All the nurses and doctors put me totally at ease. Special thanks to Donna who went out of her way and was extremely helpful. And to the nurse who was sitting with me during the procedure Im so sorry I didnt catch your name but you were brilliant 10/10 .
