        The staff are always so very helpful and friendly. Miss the larger branch in Smith's but its working okay in Ward's.

        The worst service ever. Unfriendly and rude. I have never seen such a bad service. 2 staffs inside the office, they see a long queue but not bothered. Then another lady was served without waiting in the queue. Maybe it has any reasons but wasn't explained neither got apology, felt very bad. Infact this is the second experience with the same office. Last time three staffs were chatting and ignoring the queue.

        I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent efficient service and friendly nature of the staff when I visited today. There are a lot of customers who are elderly and need more time to serve which might be the reason for slowness expressed by other reviewers.

        One of the slowest post office Ive ever been to the staff were extremely slow they actually spend close to 10 minutes per person. Do not go there if your in a hurry because it will take 30 to 40 minutes to be seen never again my first age last
