        Attended today, why would you have only one member of staff working the day after a bank holiday, I was waiting 15 minutes for someone to send 25 Ebay items, thankfully the lady working on the regular till came and rescued me over to the other till (to pay cash in) but by this time the queue was ten people deep.

        Cash machine isn't working as usual. Warning to customers, don't rely on these services. Unhelpful staff, unwilling to hop onto the service desk for a moment. Poor customer service.
