        I was so impressed by the kindness and time this lady gave me. I was so confused about what I needed to do to return my Amazon parcel. She did it all for me. She was fabulous

        Went in to return an Amazon parcel. Old man scanned the QR Code and then told me to read what said on his screen which displayed a message saying return not acceptable. He then proceeded to tell me he couldnt accept a return without it being packed and labelled. I then went on to say that when you select on Amazon to return the parcel without needing to print a label or package this post office showed up as available to return without a box. Old man then told me that theyre not ready for that system yet. Gave me attitude from the start without explaining me why they couldnt accept that return. Should also not be saying they are available to received an Amazon return without it being packed when they cant. Shall not return to this post office ever again.
