        Just received post from County Court in Chatham ( so not far away ) sent 1st class 11th deemed served 13th arrived 18th !

        Sign of the times of where we are with Royal Mail. Rather than leave the delivery in the porch like every other delivery service does, Royal Mail would rather not deliver it and make you go to their delivery office. Only problem is that if you work, then you have to take time off to pick up the parcel as this delivery office only open 08:00 - 10:00 on Mondays and 08:00-14:00 the rest of the week. All about profit and not servicing the needs of the customer. I will be using alternative delivery services where possible until they get their act together.
