Ordered 43 worth of food via Uber eats. Shop cancelled order but wont receive a refund!!!!!!!. Never ordering from here again.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Ordered through Uber eats, the restaurant cancelled the order after 10 minutes and stated they couldnt deliver my foodthere is no way they would have cooked it and tried to deliver in 10 minutes. So they basically stole my money and when trying to get a refund through uber it doesnt allow you because they lied about trying to deliver when they obviously didnt. Avoid at all costs! Absolutely disgusting service.

Ordered yesterday through Uber eats. When it turned up it was swimming in oil. I understand its kebab and thats greasy but this was something else it was coming out of the box. Made me feel completely sick so o didnt even eat it. The burger had a soggy bun because it was also swimming in oil. Refused a refund. Will not order from here again!
