I found Simon's Pilates classes on Facebook and went along to my first free class where everyone was so welcoming. Simon is a very good instructor and I have to say I think his classes are the best I have taken part in for strengthening your back and core muscles. He is very approachable if you have any questions.
I know starting a new class is a bit daunting but you will find his classes are very friendly and the benefits of stopping the aches and pains are worth it.

When you develop ailments that limit your enjoyment of everyday life and your hobbies you look for a resolution. I tried physiotherapy, osteopathy, and massage, but none gave me the long-term results I was looking for.
It wasnt until my wife persuaded me to join her on a 12-week beginners Pilates course with Simon that I started to see a steady, but noticeable improvement with my lower back, neck, shoulder, and sciatica issues.
I must admit I was initially sceptical as the movements and positions were alien new to me and Im not a great advocate of change, but Im now 8 months into my Pilates journey and I benefit from and enjoy class.
If like me, you have physical ailments I would certainly encourage you to join one of Simons beginner classes and then at your own pace move onto more varied levels and increased intensity.
Keep up the good work Simon
