A very busy pharmacy, but very efficient and very helpful. The pharmacist himself is excellent along with the staff also.

Not a great chemist. Always a long queue. Prescription placed a week ago and still not ready. Will look at changing to somewhere else

What a joke of a place. We arrived 5 minutes early for our flu jab appointments and was told by a member of staff to take a seat. 20 minutes later we asked a different member of staff how long it would be and was told that the person was actually on lunch. They could have just said that to begin with. We definitely won't be coming back here again. I honestly hate giving this place even 1 star.

I have been using this chemist for more than 30 years and have found over those years things change but the team at the chemist are always obliging but as of late something has gone very wrong . The staff are plentiful and hard working the actual running of the daily tasks seems to have gone totally haywire. In the past two months they have lost my made up prescription I was in there for over an hour they had to make up another.. My mothers prescription was in there for 7 days as it worth giving ample time to transfer from doctors to chemist when I went to collect it wasnt made up and they didnt have the items . I needed to go back on two further occasions until it was fulfilled. They also gave me when collecting my mothers prescription in the bag with her items was somebody elses prescription. Today the doctor rang my husband to say he had sent antibiotic prescription over and said he should take it from this evening . Hour and half later I went to collect it not made up and waited 40 mins for the tablets whilst people who came with prescriptions after me left before me . I think it time for an overhaul of best practices as its clearly not working as it is .
