Paydens Pharmacy

On my 5th attempt to collect my medication they still didnt have it for me and it was meant to be ordered. This time the staff told me why am I asking for my medication if its been months time not realising they didnt have it before and was given only 1/3 of the supply. I expressed my comment about their Google reviews that they are average and maybe there is a reason behind it then the staff who were at the back started picking on me that there is no need to say that. I didnt know that expressing dissatisfaction is not allowed here. I think its also worth mentioning that even with 5 staff members and only two other people in the pharmacy you will still need to wait for them quite some time before someone approaches the desk.

Would give zero if I could waited 45 minutes for a prescription lady on the desk picked it up a few times and never bothered reading the name thank goodness a young lady mentioned I've been waiting for ages and gave it to me

Disgusting service. Autistic person was denied use of the pharmacy due to having a meltdown die to staffs repeated incompetence to sort their meds
