        Tried to access the Rainham store they have a ramp but could not open the doors no doors for disabled (scooter user) to enter ramp is pointless

        Chaos in very slow motion. Had appointment in-store confirmed by multiple emails up to the afternoon before, referred to a notice sellotaped to a screen & told site no longer provides service. Dont know why I am surprised as pharmacy never seem able to locate any prescriptions without endless back-and-forth or hold basic stock. 1 star only because it doesnt go lower.

        I booked a blood pressure test a few weeks ago for today and got an email reminder yesterday about my appointment. When I got there today the 2 staff had no idea about it and just kept saying the store was under new management. About time I think.

        Sometimes I come in here if I have a one off prescription so I dont have to wait long at Boots. Its got a very weird vibe in there. Overheard two customers complain the man in there had given her the wrong persons prescription, then I actually witnessed this man doing it in person! A dude came back in and stated it wasnt his. So was he not actually reading the address people gave to him? Or was it bagged with the wrong label??? This is a huge issue surely???
