Amazing groom and attention to detail. My dog is huge, weighs a good 40kg and this didnt put the owner off. Hes difficult to groom due to his coat but he can also get quite anxious - this was no trouble at all and she made him feel relaxed. Super impressed with how smooth his cut was. Will be back again for sure. X

Lorri is so patient and really takes the time and care so each of my pups are groomed to how I want. I wouldn't take me dogs anywhere else

Previous people were right. This owner doesn't get back to people. I guess they don't want the business. I left them 3 messages and no replies. Owner just insults you by text when they don't agree with your review. Very professional. Edit: She mentioned I messaged her on easter holiday only, which I actually messaged on the bank holiday monday (did not think it would be closed for services). And her 3 other times that weren't holidays at all. I also wanted to make a appointment with her (4 times actually), but she only believes I shown up as a walk in. Why would I be texting her if I wanted to walk in? I asked her multiple times if dates and times were fine. This lady continues to harass me in texts, had to block her from my phone. Be warned.
