I have been suffering with my neck and upper back for a while now so finally decided to get it sorted, had a consultation session with Christina today and have to say she knows her stuff. Very friendly and professional service and I left feeling like my posture was instantly improved, if and when I need adjusting again I wouldn't hesitate to book another session.

I would really recommend going to see Christina if you have any muscle or joint problems. She is very professional, takes the time to listen to you, and is brilliant at the work she does. I visited Christina last week having suffered with lower back and neck pain, which caused headaches. She was able to loosen up tight muscles around my shoulder and neck, and advised me on exercises I could do in order to strengthen them. She is very good at massage and joint cracking and I will be going back to see her each month to keep topped up. Thank you again for your great service!

Christine instantly.made me feel very comfortable and relaxed .She was very knowledgable and a very good practitioner in that she explained in detail.the problem with.my foot and the treatment she was administering My foot feels much easier and I will do the exercises and will go back for my follow up.appointment. thankyou Christine
