        Having suffered from Plantar Fasciitis for the 2nd time (1st episode lasting nearly 12 months) I did some research and found that the Gillingham Clinic had a bit of kit called Shock Wave Therapy which is designed to help Plantar Fasciitis without injections. Booked an appointment with Paul Timson and have now had 6 weekly sessions. The condition is so much improved. I had pain free nights sleep almost immediately and am able to walk freely. If you do happen to suffer from this painful condition I recommend Paul and his practice in Gillingham. Well worth the 50 minute trip for me to get there. Thanks very much Paul.
