        I have been with Mr Woolley since I was a boy and he has always been a model of courtesy and professionalism. He is also extremely thorough and conscientious. I sent a friend to him today who has been given the runaround by a well known chain and her GP and not only did Mr Woolley see her at short notice but got her an immediate referral: much relief all round.

        My appointment was delayed by 30 minutes because he was too busy discussing politics with his patient. So I had to cancel my flu jab that I was hoping to get to. Once inside and having my appointment he decided to confide that he thought too many people on this earth were sensitive and has no idea why there are more mental health issues now than in 1945. Appointment took unnecessarily long because of his talking and was a complete waste of time because he didnt find anything. Better off going to specsavers for an eye test as its the exact same equipment!
