Cindy's Nails Ltd

Today my sister and I went to Cindy's nails for full set acrylics and we are both extremely unhappy with the quality of customer service we received. The lady (unfortunately did not get her name) that did both of our nails was incredibly rude despite our polite requests, we did not receive what we had both asked for. She was throwing our hands about without a care whilst watching a programme/video on her phone throughout both of our treatments and so was not watching what she was doing when filing our nails. Whenever we asked a question or spoke to this lady, her reply was extremely arrogant and rude. My sister and I asked for the same thing by showing a photo of what we wanted. I notice she was beginning to do the design incorrectly to my request, so I unlocked my phone to show the photo again and she said "no, i do not need to see" and continued the design as she wanted. We will NOT be returning to this nail salon. If you're considering getting your nails done here, expect rudeness and poor quality nails. I hope the quality of customer service is reviewed at this salon. Service: French manicures
