        Angela is amazing at what she does. Her energy is fun, warm, and welcoming! The mums and little ones are sure to have a lovely time and I couldnt recommend these classes enough.

        Angela is so friendly, and made me feel at ease from when we first started. Suffering from anxiety its a lovely small friendly group and always laughing and chatting. She makes the session fun, allows you to go at your pace (which for me was needed after not working out for a while) and Its great to be able to workout and be able to spend time with my son.
