Had been to Physiotherapy Kent before to see Paul with a different problem which was cured with acupuncture. During lockdown I had been suffering for a long time with pain caused by plantar fasciitis, but just tried to get on with it because of the Covid situation. I finally went back to Physiotherapy Kent for help and advice. I am on my feet most of the day and had tried expensive insoles, exercises and all sorts, but the pain wasn't getting any easier and was very painful, particularly when getting up after sitting or sleeping. Paul assessed my injury, he used a special machine designed to help with this problem and suggested various exercises for me. For the first couple of days after each appointment it was very painful, but the pain gradually started to ease. Without the support of a Physiotherapist and specialist equipment I would probably still be hobbling around, in pain. I can highly recommend Physiotherapy Kent for their individual treatment plan, advice and guidance which allowed me to continue to work - particularly important as I am self-employed. I had three treatments in all over six weeks and with the exercises Paul suggested it's getting easier all the time. The insoles have gone in the bin and I feel better now than I have in a long time.
