        I have been having PT with Nael under the supervision of Jav. When I have my first session after lockdown it was was quite tough, as its a requirement of the clinic to wear mask at all times , now I don't notice that I'm wearing one. Over the last 2 months my fitness levels have increased dramatically, I can't say enough about Nael so thank you
