Brilliant Tai Chi classes in a wonderful friendly atmosphere. No pressure, repeat what you need to, and think of every session as a way to improve at your own pace. Rosie and I have been attending for a couple of months now and look forward to each week both for the instruction, the instructors, and the people we have met.

My son absolutely loves this place. We were looking for something physical to improve his fitness levels and also boost his confidence. He does 2 sessions a week and looks forward to each session so much. Everyone at Shi Kon Martial Arts is amazing, the instructors, students and other parents are all so lovely and welcoming. I have seen a huge boost in my son since he began and I'm very grateful that we found this wonderful place.

Fantastic teachers who are skilled at keeping children focussed on each lesson while having fun! I no longer have to remind my son to put effort into his classes as they are always so engaging.

I think it is testament to what kind of place this is that I started attending ladies kickboxing classes 18 months ago and still look forward to going, despite being a serial structured exercise avoider. The dojo has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and is far from the intimidating environment I worried it would be. My children started kung fu lessons over a year ago now and have increased in confidence and gained many new skills in this time. They love kung fu and can't wait to go each week. Seeing their pride and happiness as they move up the grades has been really lovely to see. I can't praise Caz and Mikey enough for the support they have provided since we have been members of the dojo and hope we will be attending gor a long time to come.
