amazing company when dealing with Sales. Keen to get the commission and projects booked in and in a world that we are in currently you can't blame them. however the management of the project from inception through to installation is one of the most painful things I have dealt with in many many years. having worked in retail, commercial and residential construction for over a decade I am honestly satisfied in thinking that Winrem are the most poorly organised company I have ever seen. the sad thing is the end product is fantastic. I've got both bifolding doors and windows along with Velfac windows that, according to their current proposals, will have taken 24 weeks to install. no less than 50 emails and phone calls in an attempt to resolve the issue but still...I am no further.

We've had all our windows replaced by Winrem and I can't praise them highly enough. Excellent quality at a reasonable price and the installation team are brilliant, professional and friendly they left everything sparkling. From the first meeting with Tony to the finished Installation a completely straightforward operation. Thank you.

Initial salesman service was positive. Did my homework and went to visit the factory to see the product before ordering. No communication since paying initial deposit to planned delivery date (which was delayed due to bad weather). I paid 90% of the balance just before delivery and told everything on target for installation the next day. Doors were due to be installed last week but the fitter turned up late and without the doors (only glass), which had vanished without a trace. The one door he did have was made out of the wrong materials. Despite some brief phone calls with the "owner" who has promised to remake them ASAP, I have not been given either a refund or have a new date for installation confirmed. I would strongly encourage any prospective customers to look elsewhere unless as the customer service is non existent and the admin "team" either have COVID, work from home or dont answer the phone. I obviously cant comment yet on the quality of the installation or the doors themselves as I have nothing to comment on but I'll provide a further update if and when this eventually happens. 1 star seems generous but google wont allow 0 stars.

Very happy with the windows and doors supplied by Winrem. The fitters worked very hard to get the work finished over the weekend. They cleaned up everyday to leave the place as found. Dan in particular was a credit to the company with a high standard of workmanship.

We have just had all our windows and doors replaced with WinRem. The sales person Tony was excellent, straight forward and none of this ridiculous let me call my manager rubbish you see from some of the big firms. They came in at less than half the price of the competition. The whole process was simple start to finish, we were kept up to date on the order. The fitters were friendly and cleaned up at the end of every day. Completed the whole house in three days and no need for pricey scaffolding either. We are so happy with our new windows and doors, highly recommend WinRem! Thank you!
