I purchased a new pair of gloves that were poorly cut and the stitching was falling apart, when they were sent back the company were going to repair the gloves and send them back to me, what a joke there quality control is.I have seen cheap Chinese glove made better that this company can manage, buy new gloves and get a repaired pair ,, I will not be using this company again I have never had a problem with Dents gloves I will stick with them. In future

Just had my custom made touch tech leather glove sent for re-lining with cashmere instead of fleece...absolutely outstanding service!!! Thanks again Shaun and team.

I wish I was leaving a better review but I can't help feel disappointed by my experience. Perhaps I am one of very few unsatisfied customers? I am a woman and find there is an annoying shortage of variety when it comes to buying driving gloves, but found a particular style (The drive) on Chester Jefferies that I thought was exactly what I was looking for. I asked if they would do it in a smaller women's size, of which they said they could. I waited 5 weeks for them to arrive and even purchased the gift storage box, which is simply just a branded box (I probably wouldn't have paid the extra for this if I'd known what it was). I was very disappointed with the gloves when I saw them. 1) the stitching was poor and still had strands that hadn't been cut from the gloves 2)They weren't a matching pair - the wrist straps were different sizes and wonky 3)The knuckles were not sewn as they were pictured on the website and wasn't notified that this couldn't be done - a main reason I chose this style 4)The wrist hadn't had the elastic sewn in and were extremely loose to fit 5) After all this, I then realised they hadn't even made the glove I asked for, they instead cut knuckle holes in the Lombardi ladies gloves and sent them instead. I feel deceived and made to feel like I wouldn't notice that what they sent wasn't what I asked for and at a 100 I expected much better. The positives for the pair I received were the leather was very soft and they got the colours I asked for correct - as well as the basic concepts that make up a hand, they had five fingers. I will admit the customer service was good, however. They sent me a full refund and paid for return postage. I'm sorry I couldn't leave a more positive review, but at the price customers pay and the way Chester Jefferies present themselves as a luxury brand, I would really expect much better.
